After staying in Key West for over 20 years, my husband and I decided to stay at the luxurious Steamplant on a multi-month basis since 2017. We've stayed in four different condo units and have enjoyed each one. We can honestly say that this place is beyond any place you've stayed on the island with two designated parking spaces for each unit. Accommodations: There are multiple floors that boasts over 3,000 square feet of upscale living. Each unit we stayed in were all three bedrooms with each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom that was appreciated by our guests. There's also a half bath available for guests who aren't staying over. The units are all equipped with the essentials one would need while staying for extended periods of time and we never felt we were lacking. We were comfortable whether we were hanging on the multiple balconies, the rooftop where we enjoyed our own private plunge pool, enjoying the sunset at the end of the rooftop, or simply relaxing inside. Dog friendly: We have a dog and The Steamplant is very dog friendly with its own private dog park on-site. Dog walkers are available but we didn't use that service. The Steamplant Team: We can't say enough how much we appreciate and respect Jon, Lyman, Jesse, and Dominic. They're constant friendly smiles, always on the ready when needed, very knowledgeable, and we believe they can fix anything, and the kindest personalities. We think they're pretty great.
